Defense Logistics Agency Aviation's employee Sheila Mills-Lugo was selected as the October Employee of the Month and is being presented the award check in a virtual presentation by DLA Aviation's Deputy Director Charlie Lilli on December 15, 2016 in a ceremony held in Richmond, Virginia.
