DLA Aviation employees work together to provide critical part
Danita Davis, left, and Paula Kanervikkoaho quickly brought their skills together to provide a critically needed part to a hospital in Roseau, the capital of the Caribbean island nation of Dominica. Davis, a supervisory contract specialist in Defense Logistics Agency Aviation’s Supplier Operations Commodities Directorate worked with Kanervikkoaho, a lead customer account specialist in the activity’s Air Force Division, Customer Operations Directorate, to procure and deliver the part Oct. 8, 2017, within 10 days of the customer identifying a need for it.
