Robert Tate, Defense Logistics Agency Energy Alasaka, quality assurance representative, performs a pre-loading inspection prior to a tank truck and trailer pulling up to the loading rack at the newly opened Tank Truck Loading Facility at Defense Fuel Supply Point Anchorage. Prior to loading, the interior compartments of the tanks have to be inspected for suitability to transport DLA Energy product. The QAR ensures each tank is empty and clean.
