Dennis Kersteetter receives a coin from Defense Logistics Agency Director Navy Vice Adm. Michelle Skubic during her visit to Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania May 13, 2017. A machinist by trade, Kersteetter also took up mechanic duties to complete the necessary hand work to align the ram of a vertical turret lathe which allowed the machine repair to progress on schedule, once again putting the warfighter’s needs first - always.
