Fuel facility expands resiliency on Guam
A new fuel tanker offload facility on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, is capable of offloading six commercial trucks simultaneously for a total of 3,600 gallons per minute and two truck fill stands with a total truck loading capacity of 1,200 gallons per minute. The facility will provide a secondary means to receive JP-8 aircraft fuel in the event if the primary source of supply through a pipeline is disrupted.
