In recognition of National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week 2022, Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Public Affairs Office spotlights Deborah Foster. Foster, far right, is responsible for ensuring the Emergency Communication Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, runs smoothly and efficiently.
