Defense Logistics Agency Energy Americas West changed command during a ceremony at the Navy Golf Course in Cypress, California, June 13. The change of command denotes the transfer of command responsibility and is symbolized in the ceremonial passing of the organization colors. Army Maj. Sarah Oppelt passes the flag to outgoing Commander Navy Cmdr. Frank Kim who will pass it to DLA Energy Americas Commander Army Col.
