Engineering Culture/Climate team strives to develop servant leaders in a morale-first environment
Alyssa Davis, a procurement technician within the Engineering “V” Directorate at Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Richmond, Virginia’s Industrial Plant Equipment Services Division, says the V Directorate launched a Climate and Culture team in 2021 comprised of volunteers from each division to focus efforts on improving teams through communications, recruitment and retention, professional development, and leadership engagement.
