Aviation Leadership Academy laying the foundation for future leaders
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Deputy Commander Charlie Lilli provided opening remarks for the Aviation Leadership Academy held in the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia Oct. 11-13, 2022. More than 100 employees attended the three-day training course, either in person or via live video streaming. It is designed for employees in non-supervisory paygrades of GS 11-13 aspiring to move into leadership positions.
