Mid-Ohio Food Collective volunteer event
Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime military personnel receive a briefing from Mandy Conner, daytime lead at the Mid-Ohio Food Collective, ahead of a morning volunteer activity packing and handing out food to hundreds of needy families in Grove City, Ohio, Jan. 18. The effort was spearheaded by DLA Land and Maritime’s Joint Reserve Force Committee as a way to get involved and give back to the local community. The food collective is the state’s largest food bank.
