Olmstead departs DLA Distribution Red River and Huertas takes command
NEW CUMEBRLAND, Pa. — Puerto Rican native Army Lt. Col. Sonia I. Huertas took command of Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Red River, Texas, from outgoing commander Army Lt. Col. Seth M. Olmstead in a change of command ceremony June 18.
