Distribution Susquehanna’s Employee of the Week

Agency senior leader visits Bahrain

BAHRAIN — Defense Logistics Agency Senior Enlisted Leader Army Command Sgt. Maj. Charles Tobin made a quick stop in Bahrain from Feb. 21 to Feb. 22 during his multi-country visit within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.

The Montford Point Marines: a celebration of Black History

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — DLA Distribution headquarters celebrated Black History Month by hosting guest speaker Retired Marine Master Gunnery Sgt. Joseph H. Geeter, III, who provided a presentation on the Montford Point Marine Association Feb. 24.

Nominations for DLA Hall of Fame due by March 31

Fort Belvoir, Virginia — Current and former DLA employees have until March 31 to submit nominations of former DLA employees for the 2015 DLA Hall of Fame. Former agency civilians of any grade or military members of any rank, living or deceased, can be nominated.
