DLA provides maternity uniforms that help airmen ‘fit in’ while ‘sticking out’

PHILADELPHIA — While the changes in clothing sizes can be a challenge for service members during pregnancy, one Air Force officer said her maternity uniform didn’t compromise her professional appearance or comfort.

Langley one of four AFBs to test bio-based grease

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — Logistics In Action: Article originally appeared on the Air Combat Command website — The 733rd Logistics Readiness Squadron Vehicle Management Flight was chosen to participate in a 12-month long experimental testing of a new bio-based grease to lessen the base's impact on the environment.

Soldiers, Airmen return from Haiti relief mission

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — Logistics In Action: Article originally appeared on the Joint Base Langley-Eustis website — A U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III from Dover Air Force Base, Deleware, transported about 20 members of the 689th Rapid Port Opening Element from Haiti to Joint Base Langley-Eustis Oct. 20, 2016. The Soldiers spent about two weeks supporting disaster relief and humanitarian assistance efforts as a result of Hurricane Matthew.

Aircraft Parts Store feeds the fight in OIR

It’s the job of one shop, in coordination with aircraft maintainers, to try and prevent this from happening.
