Lockett selected to command DLA Energy Pacific

Richmond, Virginia — Defense Logistics Agency Aviation’s Navy Cmdr. Eric Lockett, executive officer and operations officer, Navy Customer Facing Division, Customer Operations Directorate, was selected in June 2017 to command DLA Energy Pacific at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Lockett’s current assignment is in Richmond, Virginia.

“The 10 lenses,” diversity inclusion training held in Richmond

Richmond, Virginia — Defense Logistics Agency Aviation employees at Richmond, Virginia, attended a workshop for the quarterly diversity and inclusion training titled “The 10 Lenses,” May 25, in the Lotts Conference Center. The mandated training offered various ways for employees to connect with each other and their internal and external customers, while leveraging diversity to increase productivity, innovation, and carry out the mission.

DLA Aviation awards May and June EOM recipients

RICHMOND, Virginia — The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation's May Employee of the Month is Keith McEachern, inter-continental ballistic missiles weapon system support manager for DLA Aviation’s Customer Operations Directorate in Richmond, Virginia, and the June EOM is Shante’l Wyche, an acquisition specialist in DLA Aviation’s Supplier Operations Commodities Directorate.

C&T employees visit supplier, improve understanding of industry

March 23, 2016 — Twelve Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support employees from the Clothing and Textiles supply chain toured a manufacturing plant that has been making uniforms for the U.S. military since World War II.
