DLA Troop Support — At the height of schools closing around the country due to COVID-19 in mid-March, the Defense Logistics Agency’s Subsistence supply chain added 200 schools from Illinois to a program that would help them get fresh fruits and vegetables into lunches for students and eventually the community.

Back in January, the 573rd Commodities Maintenance Squadron leadership at Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex reached out to the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Warner Robins’ Storage and Distribution team about issue and delivery delays for raw materials not being delivered to their mechanics quickly enough.

All hail Ceaser! DLA Aviation Jacksonville gets new leader

RICHMOND, VA — Navy Cmdr. Curtis Ceaser took over as commander, Defense Logistics Agency Aviation - Jacksonville, Florida during a virtual change of command ceremony on Naval Air Station Jacksonville, June 15. DLA Aviation Commander Air Force Brig. Gen. David Sanford officiated the ceremony virtually from Washington, D.C., where he is currently on a special assignment as the deputy director of the COVID-19 Supply Chain Task Force with the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
