Tuskegee Airman, 94, honored at HQC Black History Month observance

FORT BELVOIR, Virginia — Major Anderson is one of the last remaining Tuskegee Airmen, a group of about 19,000 black Americans who served as pilots, navigators, crew chiefs, nurses, mechanics and other support staff for the B-17 and B-25 bombers during World War II.

Successful charity campaign earns agency DOD kudos

New policy to increase unreserved parking at HQC

Fort Belvoir, Virginia — More than two decades after the Defense Logistics Agency and other tenant organizations occupied the McNamara Headquarters Complex at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, the parking policy has been revised. DLA will now manage the policy for the entire complex.

Rapid deployment team members ready to support operations in 2020
