Contributions of Defense Logistics Agency Hall of Fame recipients for 2020 are celebrated in a new video that includes appearances of inductees and senior leaders who nominated them.

“Every year, we search far and wide for the leaders, pathfinders and visionaries whose contributions have led the organization. We find the trailblazers and innovators who pioneered the practices and systems that, in many cases, we still use to serve our warfighters and nation,” DLA Director Navy Vice Adm. Michelle Skubic says in opening remarks.

The class of 2020 includes nine individuals – two former directors as well as representatives from three major subordinate commands, three DLA Headquarters directorates and the DLA General Counsel. The recipients are:

There are now 126 inductees. Army Lt. Gen. Henry Glisson, the agency’s 13th director, created the DLA Hall of Fame in 1998 to honor those who had a lasting impact on the agency’s processes and support.

Skubic said DLA’s success in its 60-year history and its “impeccable reputation” can be directly attributed to inductees.

“They helped lay the foundation for DLA’s legacy of excellence. I can say without reservation that all of our inductees make us very proud,” she said, adding that the celebration is also about inspiring and motivating current and future employees as they continue serving warfighters and the nation.

Information on all 126 inductees is located on DLA's Hall of Fame page.
