Describe your job in a sentence or two. My job with DLA is to coordinate the ultimate destruction of DEMIL property that is turned in by the warfighter so that it cannot be reused or reengineered by those that seek to bring harm to our nation and our allies.

What aspect(s) of your current job gives you the most personal satisfaction and why? I like the unique responsibility that we have

What is your best memory of working here? My favorite memory with DLA was working in Bagram, Afghanistan in 2018
What is one characteristic that you believe every leader should possess? One characteristic every leader should possess is integrity
What is your leadership philosophy and how does that tie into your line of work? My leadership philosophy has been to always communicate and focus on the meaningful. It ties into my line of work perfectly because there are many moving parts, of our operation which can easily distract you from your priorities you have to stay focused to remain successful.
