Show some love

By Jay Hilderbran DLA Land and Maritime People and Culture

The theme for this year’s Combined Federal Campaign is “Show Some Love!” And we all knew the People and Culture Directorate, as well as many in Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, have a lot of LOVE to give!

Dawn Sutton and myself have been named as co-CFC Captains for the People and Culture Directorate and are humbled to serve this very worthy cause.

If you have any questions, please come see us in the People and Culture Office located on the second floor’s B pod room C2N095 in Building 20.

Some important information on this year’s campaign.

  1. The DLA Land and Maritime giving season this year is Oct. 15 through Nov. 15.
  2. It’s highly recommended to use Mozilla Firefox to bring up the online giving website. Please only use this site to donate online. You’ll need to set up an online account.
  3. There’s also a CFC informational website. This has access to information on CFC such as campaign materials, event calendars, CFC stories and all kinds of good stuff. Both websites have the electronic charity search
  4. If you still want to do a hardcopy paper pledge, please see your CFC captain. You’ll need to print out the hardcopy from the website. See your CFC captain if you need assistance. Don’t send your social security number through the regular mail.
