DLA supports Marine recruits with quality clothing

By DLA Public Affairs

Marine Corps Recruit Depot at Parris Island, South Carolina, turns recruits into Marines. Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support understands service members’ pride in their image and takes pride of their own in providing high-quality uniforms to recruits journeying into military service.

DLA Troop Support Clothing and Textiles provides soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines around the world with everything from camouflage uniforms worn in boot camp and on the battlefield to service dress uniforms.

C&T procures more than 8,000 items including uniforms, footwear, undergarments, religious items, individual equipment, flags and tents. Factoring in the individual sizes of items, C&T manages more than 50,000 line items.
