NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennyslvania –
Peter Blazevic, lead supply technician in the Special Commodities Branch of the bulk division at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, Pa., has been named Employee of the Week for the week of April 25 to 29.
“Pete loves his job, and it shows in his attitude every day,” explained Distribution Susquehanna commander, Army Col. Corey New. “He is proud of the level of responsibility he has achieved.”
Blazevic has taken college courses in warehouse logistics and earned a hazardous certification. He spends most of his working hours in the Vault, focusing on key elements in the Vault operation process.
“I stay motivated at work by thinking of the soldiers who are deployed,” said Blazevic.
Blazevic has worked for DLA for nearly 11 years. According to New, he does his part to support the warfighter. “Pete is a mission focused employee who gets the job done.”
