May 25, 2018 - Preparing for the next Category 4 hurricane, Defense Logistics Agency Energy Americas personnel exercised DLA contingency information technology and training during the Ardent Sentry 2018 exercise from April 30 to May 10.

Energy Employees of the Quarter
Sarah Covarrubias from DLA Energy Okinawa, Japan earned the WG/WL/GS 7-12 category in the DLA Energy Employee of the Quarter Awards for the second quarter of fiscal year 2018.
May 23, 2018 - Two Defense Logistics Agency Energy employees have the honor of Employee of the Quarter for their performances during the second quarter of fiscal year 2018. Sarah Covarrubias from DLA Energy Okinawa, Japan earned the WG/WL/GS 7-12 category and Kenneth Murphy from DLA Energy Plans and Operations earned distinction in the GS 13-15 category after a nomination board convened in April.

May 22, 2018 - Creating a culture of excellence marked the first Life Cycle Logistics Working Group event for acquisition professionals held at the Defense Logistics Agency Energy Lorton facility May 7-11.
