Description:

The Defense Federal Community EEO Hispanic Employment Program (HEP) invites you to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month (HHM) on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, from 1000 – 1100 in the Building 20 auditorium. This year’s theme is “Resilient & Ready”. The proposed speaker is Mr. Henry Guzman, an American Red Cross Board member & former Ohio Public Safety Director. Mr. Guzman, a U.S. Army veteran, earned a Purple Heart and the Bronze Star for his service in Vietnam.

One hour of Excused Leave is allotted for DLA Land and Maritime associates to attend, mission permitting, with approval from their supervisor. Other DLA and tenant associates should consult their leadership for attendance guidance.

This program is physically accessible to people with disabilities and is sign language interpreted.
