Distribution celebrates Black History Month

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — DLA Distribution’s Multicultural Committee celebrated the culture, traditions and history of African Americans with a program held Tuesday, Feb. 26. This year’s theme is “Black Migrations.”

HQC employees compete in Black History Month challenge

Fort Belvoir, Virginia — McNamara Headquarters Complex employees celebrated Black History Month in a unique way Feb. 27. Teams representing the Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Contract Audit Agency and the Defense Technical Information Center tested their knowledge of black history by competing in an interactive, quiz-style competition following the style of a popular television gameshow.
