The Road to Predictive Logistics: Perspectives from the 8th Theater Sustainment Command

Eisenhower once observed, "You will not find it difficult to prove that battles, campaigns, and even wars have been won or lost primarily because of logistics." Stated during World War II, Eisenhower's message is archaically imperative for the battlefield of tomorrow, with evolving logistic designs to sustain drones, vertical lift, robotics, and virtual reality.

8th Theater Sustainment Command’s Command Sergeant Major tours DDSP

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Command Sgt. Maj. Jacinto Garza, 8th Theater Sustainment Command’s, Command Sergeant Major, has been in his position at Fort Shafter, Hawaii for just a short time -- seven months. In his first couple of months on duty there, he toured the Pacific Command Area to get an idea of the common operating picture.
