Helping the less fortunate on Valentine’s Day

TRACY, Calif. — The leadership team at DLA Distribution San Joaquin, California put the less fortunate before themselves and donated items to the women and children at the Women’s Center, Youth and Family Services for Valentine’s Day. The team’s donations provided flowers to the mothers and small gifts to include coloring books, crayons, stickers, activity books, cards and games to the children.

Distribution Headquarter employees volunteer to help homeless vets during annual Homeless Vet Stand Down

HARRISBURG, Pa. — The 12th annual Harrisburg Area Homeless Veterans Stand Down was held from Jan. 19 to 21, hosted by the Pennsylvania National Guard at the Harrisburg Military Post. DLA Distribution Headquarters Organizational Management and Transportation employees as well as members of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 1620 – Middletown, Pennsylvania, Donnie Thompson, Andy Bradford, Army Staff Sgt. William Fernandez, Charlie Hughley and Rick Snyder, volunteered at the event.

8th Theater Sustainment Command’s Command Sergeant Major tours DDSP
