Muhammad retires, passes responsibility to Tobin
Defense Logistics Agency Director Air Force Lt. Gen. Andy Busch passes the noncommissioned officer sword to Army Command Sgt. Maj. Charles M. Tobin, the incoming DLA senior enlisted leader, at the change of responsibility ceremony May 27 at the McNamara Headquarters Complex.
