Government testing facility celebrates 100 years in Philadelphia
Several lots of fabric line a table a the DLA Troop Support Product Test Center Analytical in Philadelphia. Fabric used for military uniforms has undergone "lot-by-lot" testing since 1941 and remains a standard at the PTC-A. The PTC-A celebrates its centennial anniversary having accomplished its government testing and evaluation mission in Philadelphia for one hundred years.
