Lucy Lewis receives retirement pin from her brother
President of the American Federation of Government Employees Local 1992, Lucy Lewis receives her retirement pin from her brother, retired Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Thomas Keiser, during a ceremony Nov. 24, 2015 in the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center on the occasion of her retirement from federal service after 41 years.
