Tank Truck Offload Facility gives more readiness to JBER

The TTOF became fully operational December 2018, and provides a secondary means to receive JP-8 (Jet Propellant 8) in the event JBER’s fuel pipelines are out of service due to maintenance, damage or natural disaster.
