STORES

The Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System (STORES) is a web-based system that enables customers to order and receipt Subsistence products.

If you completed a DLA Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS) request to gain access to STORES, you will receive an e-mail notification from AMPS annually asking you to confirm that you still require STORES access. In order to maintain your STORES account, please access the link in the e-mail when you receive it and choose to ‘Extend’. If you no longer require access to STORES, you may choose to ‘Expire’.
***When the annual renewal e-mail is not addressed, it may result in interruption to your STORES access***

STORES CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS

STORES accounts that have been inactive for a period of 45 days will be disabled.

If you still require access to STORES, please log in to your account via https://www.stores.dla.mil/Stores_Web/Default.aspx  at least once per 45 days.

If your account is disabled for inactivity, you will need to begin a new account request per the instructions found on the STORES site , review the User Agreement and continue on to New Account Request Form for detailed instructions or, contact the DLA Enterprise Help Desk via 1-844-347-2457.

Notice: The Market Fresh, LSN Generic and NAPA catalogs have been moved to STORES (STORES Web STORES Catalog , and STORES Admin), which requires a DoD-approved PKI or External Certificate Authority (ECA) certificate to log on. After logging in one of the STORES systems, click on the Master Catalogs link to access these.

Thank you for your interest in supplying food products to DLA Troop Support customers.

Learn more here about how to introduce new products.

Any new item entering our system must be the result of an agreement between our suppliers and our customers, based on the customers' specific requirements or needs. All suppliers should first contact potential customers to market their products. Our main customers are the Military Services; we also supply food and related products to entities such as the Bureau of Prisons (BoP), the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Veteran's Administration (VA), the United States Coast Guard (USCG), the National Guard, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the Department of the Interior.
