DRMS Environmental/Hazardous Disposal Program

DRMS Recycling Control Point (RCP) : The RCP concept of "Marketing in Place" offers excess and surplus property for reuse directly from DLA/ Service Inventory Control Point (ICP). Property is electronically released from Distribution Centers without being sent to a DRMO site. Material is "free issue". In most cases material is condition A through F in manufacturer's orginial packing.
