Product Quality Deficiency Report (PQDR) Program Home Page

The PQDR program implements DOD Acquisition Requirements for reporting of product quality deficiencies and sustains mandatory procedures for reporting, processing, and investigation of product quality deficiency data.  The PQDR program standardizes the PQDR process and maintains a reliable system for feedback of product quality deficiency data. 

Joint Publication - The PQDR program is established through a Joint publication, Product Quality Deficiency Report Program.  Shown below are the participating organizations for the publication:

  • General Services Administration
