Supplier Requirements Visibility Application (SRVA)
DLA Supplier
Requirements Visibility Application (SRVA) contains information on
up to 24 months of DLA's anticipated requirements. The data is
refreshed monthly by the second week of each month. Forecasts and
resulting requirements are subject to revision based on various
contingencies such as changes in demand and availability of funds.
These estimates are not binding on the Government. When the
Government is prepared to purchase a specific quantity of an item,
the Government will solicit for that requirement.
The SRVA,
formerly located @
https://srva.dscr.dla.mil is now part of the DIBBS website as of
June 30, 2008. The look and feel is different, but the functionality
is virtually the same. Refer
to the attached Job Aid for step-by-step instructions.
Access to SRVA
requires a DIBBS user account. After logging in, users can gain
access using one of the hyperlinks located on DIBBS. See DIBBS HELP
on the Welcome page.
SRVA provides
users the ability to search by Federal Stock Class (FSC) or National
Item Identification Number (NIIN) using the SRVA Search and download
FSC files containing monthly forecast data for all NIINs in the FSC.
