Conversion Schedules and DLA Customer Assistance Handbooks
for use by DLA customers,
please complete the following information:
The latest on-line version of the Handbook is available to DLA customers by clicking here. This page will require DLA customers to register for a user ID and password in order to access the Handbook. For customers with a .mil IP address, an alternate site that does not require a user ID and password can be provided upon request by sending an email to handbook@dla.mil.
NOTE: FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY.
In accordance with DoD 5400.7-R, "DoD Freedom of Information Act Program" and supplemental DoD guidance addressing Defense websites, we have determined that the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Customer Assistance Handbook is to be treated as For Official Use Only (FOUO) and removed from the DLA public website.
As a result Headquarters, DLA and all government facilities under their command will comply with the directive and will no longer distribute the DLA Customer Assistance Handbook to non-government organizations and private sector persons directly. If non-government persons working on government projects require the DLA Customer Assistance Handbook, either in hardcopy or on-line access, please have your government Contracting Officer (CO) contact the Handbook Editor at handbook@dla.mil.
