The McNamara Headquarters Complex is CLOSED Thursday March 5, 2015.
For DLA employees who report to work in the National Capital Region at facilities outside the Capital Beltway (i.e., the McNamara HQC, Hybla Valley, and Gatehouse), the following guidance applies:
Emergency employees are expected to remain on duty or report for work on time, unless otherwise directed.
Non-emergency employees (including employees on preapproved paid leave) will be granted excused absence (administrative leave) for the number of hours they were scheduled to work unless they are:
-- On official travel,
-- On leave without pay, or
-- On an AWS day off.
Teleworking Employees who are scheduled to telework on the day of the announcement must telework the entire workday.
DLA employees who report to work in the National Capital Region at facilities inside the Capital Beltway (i.e., the Mark Center, Crystal Plaza, and the Pentagon), must follow daily operating status guidance issued by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, available here: http://www.opm.gov/
Employees of tenant organizations must adhere to their own agency's policies.
