Rosa Parks' heroics celebrated at Women's Equality Day event

PHILADELPHIA — An actress portraying Civil Rights heroine Rosa Parks described voting as an integral part of being an American citizen during a Women’s Equality Day event Aug. 24 at Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support.
