COLUMBUS, Ohio –
As part of the Human Resources Professional Development Program, the People and Culture Directorate is hosting two interns from Human Resources. The rotational assignment began in June and will continue for approximately two months.
The program emphasis is on change management and organizational alignment. The interns will shadow various subject matter experts in the People Support, Culture and People and Development Divisions to gain hands on experience with change management and organizational alignment, as well as participate in directorate meetings, presentations and assigned co-lead projects.
