That definitely isn’t true for the close to 80 former Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, employees who got to tour the new Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Operations Center Oct. 1. Phase I of the Operations Center, which is now complete with most of the building occupied, was either in the planning, design or building phase when they retired. This was an opportunity to finally see what they only got to see through graphic designs and artist renditions.
