Description: DLA Land and Maritime is the repository and controlling MSC for all DLA Classified Data issued to vendors. DoDM 5220.22. Vol.2, Section 6 requires the component or Government Contracting Activity to assure disposition of classified information. This form will document the status and disposition of classified data provided to vendors. The disposition was previously recorded on DLA Form 27. However, DLA Form 27 was revised in May 2018 and no longer captures the disposition (destruction) of classified data.

Records Retention: 5015.2 Records Management Program Records. Destroy no sooner than 6 years after the project, activity, or transaction is completed or superseded.
