Spin Instructor Francis Mitchell leads Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, employees in a “pedal for prevention” class April 10, 2019, in the DSCR Fitness Center Blue Room. Mitchell, who works with the U.S. Army Reserve 80th Training Command - The Army School System, will lead to two more classes, April 17 and 24 in support of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month.
