A Mine-Resistant, Ambush-Protected vehicle, or MRAP, used by the Bay County Sheriff's Office in Michigan, fords high water in residential Saginaw Township during widespread flooding caused by heavy rains and dam failures. The multi-use vehicle comes from Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services excess stock and is free for use by qualifying law enforcement agencies nationally.
