New users need to follow the steps below to gain access to ETIDs

Step 1:

Create an Account in AMPS
To turn in property using the ETID program, you will need to have an AMPS account for access.

Step 2:

Request Roles in AMPS
More detailed instructions on how to create an account can be found by clicking on the links below. If you are a Federal employee or memeber of the U.S. Armed Forces, select Federal Agencies. All other individuals should select General Public.

Step 3:

Log in to the Business Portal
Access the ETID application through the DLA External Business Portal. Additional information to login may be required, and directions are found in the detailed instructions
