Hurricane Harvey Relief Support

Two former military trucks, issued by DLA Disposition Services through the 1033 program to Texas law enforcement, depart the Texas Federal State Property San Antonio Office as the sun sets. The next morning the trucks were operating on the east side of Houston rescuing people from flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey.

Surplus blankets aid relief efforts
Personnel from the Texas Federal State Property Office at the Austin, Texas warehouse unload a truckload of blankets and pillows from DLA Disposition Services at Barstow, California. More than 25,000 individual items of excess military property has been issued by the Defense Logistics Agency for Hurricane Harvey relief in Texas.
