Specification / Drawing / Pattern Request Form

This form is for vendors and DLA employees across the enterprise to submit a request for a C&T specifications, patterns, swatches, drawings or cartoons related to C&T acquisitions. Once submitted, requests are sent to the C&T Technical and Quality Team via email to be fulfilled within five business days under normal circumstances.

Please be sure to enter accurate information in all sections of the request to ensure the team can contact you if needed and properly deliver your request.
