Troop Support honors 'trailblazers' as ‘Women of the Year’
The Rev. Dr. Elizabeth Conde-Frazier talks about women in American history who were trailblazers in business and labor during the Women’s History Month Program March 21 at DLA Troop Support in Philadelphia. Conde-Frazier is the academic dean and vice president of education at Esperanza College of Eastern University.
