U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Michelle Skubic, DLA Land and Maritime commander, presented the DLA director’s strategic plan during the Dec. 1 Joint Forces Operational Summit at the Defense Supply Center Columbus. The annual summit brings together active and reserve service members and civilian personnel of DLA Land and Maritime to strengthen the partnership with the Joint Reserve Force.
