DLA Distribution Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania, Changes Command
Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Commanding Officer, Navy Rear Adm. Kevin M. Jones, Supply Corps, U.S. Navy, passes the DLA flag to the DLA Distribution incoming commander Army Lt. Col. Samuel D. Smith during a change of command ceremony at DLA Distribution Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania May 30. The outgoing commander Army Lt. Col. Jerome K. Barnard commanded DDTP since Sept. 9, 2016. Smith comes to the command after his last duty assignment as a professor of military science at the University of Memphis. He also served with DLA Troop Support-Pacific from 2015-2017.
