Matt Shuster is currently a Supplier Relationship Manger supporting the Defense Logistics Agency Energy Bulk Petroleum Products Division that provides contract support to meet worldwide military jet fuel, marine diesel fuel and other bulk petroleum needs worth $6.6 billion annually. With more than 38 years of federal experience, most of it with DLA, he helps supports everything to do with the Offer Entry Tool and the Bulk Bid Evaluation Model.
