The Navy Not So Navy boat piloted by Navy Capt. Dale Haney, tries to board his craft after capsizing several times near the start of his preliminary heat against the Spinacher and the Bullship III at Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime’s Navy Cardboard Regatta held Oct. 11 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus’ Eagle Eye Golf Course pond.
